Guardians of the Waters Art Exhibit Community Celebration

This Community Celebration, including performances and workshops, is the culmination of the Guardians of the Waters Art Exhibit, a visual dialogue on the issues affecting us most as indigenous peoples. This event is done in coordination as the SFSU Powwow.

The exhibit runs from April 4 - April 28 and features The Cultural Conservancy’s Guardians of the Waters program alumni and teachers, and embodies learning processes for community healing, igniting demands for reparations, for critical forms of resistance, and for self-preservation in an unbalanced world.

Come out on April 27th to celebrate in community with performances and workshops!

Location:
The Richard Oaks Multicultural Student Center Art Gallery
San Francisco State University
1650 Holloway Ave, SF
